What are your blooms made of?

Our blooms are handcrafted from premium Italian crepe paper, carefully sculpted to capture the softness and movement of real roses.

Are these real flowers?

No. These are botanical sculptures made entirely by hand. They are designed to last for years, making them a keepsake rather than a temporary arrangement.

How long does it take to create one box?

Each signature bloom box requires approximately 10 hours of handcrafting. Because of this, we produce only a limited number of pieces each week.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 3-5 days in advance. We do not accept rush orders, as every piece is created slowly and intentionally.

Can I customize the colors or arrangement?

Limited customization may be available depending on our current schedule. Kindly message us prior to ordering so we can discuss availability.

Why is the price higher than regular flower arrangements?

Our pieces are fully handcrafted using premium imported materials and require several hours to complete. They are designed as lasting art pieces, not disposable floral arrangements.

How long will the blooms last?

With proper care, our paper blooms can last for many years. They are intended to be displayed and cherished over time.

How do I care for my blooms?

Care card is included in every purchase.

Do you accept rush orders?

No. We do not offer rush services. Each piece follows a careful, time-intensive process to ensure quality and detail.

What is your payment policy?

Orders are confirmed only upon full payment. This allows us to reserve time and materials for your piece.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Each bloom is handcrafted, so slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the artistry and uniqueness of handmade work.

Where are you based?

We are a Manila-based atelier, creating limited handcrafted pieces for select clients.
